Course Description
This course will provide delegates with a thorough understanding of confined spaces, the associated dangers and the ability to enter, work and leave safely by horizontal or vertical entry in line with the Confined Spaces Regulations. This is an essential training course for delegates who carry out or intend to carry out work in confined spaces.
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed to provide delegates that need to enter Confined Spaces and Hazardous Areas with an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the law, associated legislation, Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments. This course includes competent use of appropriate confined space equipment and practical assessments covering access, egress and safe working practices in Medium Risk Confined Spaces and Hazardous areas.

This qualification focuses on the delegate’s ability to enter and work in confined spaces which have been risk assessed.

Set out and interpret atmosphere monitors
Maintain safe working procedures for work being done
