The Appointed person course is designed for all operatives responsible for the planning and execution of Lifting Operations. This course will make candidates more aware of the appointed person’s responsibilities and how best to fulfil them.
The novice course is split into 4 days of training and one day of testing.
By the end of the course delegates will have the knowledge to be able to design safe lifting plans that are compliant with the law, and take into account all health and safety requirements on site.
